Residents pay water, sewer, trash, valet trash (if applicable), pest control, and electricity. Electricity is set up with Xcel Energy.

Pet Policy
Yes, Echo Ridge is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs or cats per unit are allowed. Service animals are exempt from breed restrictions.
There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:
• Akita
• American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)
• Presa Canario
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Great Dane
• All Husky & Malamute breeds
• Rottweiler
• Wolf/Restricted breed mix
